We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our single doctor, fee-for-service private practice in McKinney, TX.

This position includes a 4-day work week, guaranteed hours, competitive hourly rate + production bonus, full benefits (medical, dental, 401K), and growth opportunities within the practice.

This is not your typical hygiene role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough yet gentle hygiene care, including prophy, perio maintenance, and SRP

  • Educate patients on oral health and overall wellness

  • Collaborate with the doctor to develop customized patient care plans

  • Maintain an organized, sterilized workspace with attention to infection control

  • Keep detailed chart notes and documentation
