Aspen Dental is seeking a Campus Recruiter for Dental Hygiene to drive student and professional talent pipelines by partnering with Talent Acquisition and engaging with dental hygiene schools, associations and conferences.
You will plan events, host prescreenings, coordinate handoffs to the hygiene recruitment team, and act as a brand ambassador to faculty and students. Remote work with 50–75% overnight travel is required, and candidates should reside near a major airport in the southern region.
