Job Summary:
Medical City McKinney and Thrive Reconstructive Surgery are seeking a Plastic Surgeon to join a growing private practice.Qualified Candidates:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Board Certification in Plastic Surgery
- Valid medical license to practice in Texas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to patient-centric care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Perform a variety of reconstructive surgical procedures, including but not limited to soft tissue reconstruction, microsurgery, skin cancer removal, and facial surgeries, oncological reconstruction and hidradenitis suppurativa.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, ensuring the highest standards of surgical care and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting all patient interactions and surgical procedures.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technologies through continued education and professional development.
- Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote awareness of reconstructive surgery options.
