Responsible for preparing and delivering coursework in engaging, innovative, and discipline‑appropriate ways that reflect the college’s core values, culturally responsive teaching, and knowledge of the teaching field. Meet professional faculty standards in accordance with college policies and procedures.

• Teach courses according to the schedule and the approved course descriptions and syllabi established by Division faculty and administered by the associate dean/director.
• Teaching assignments may be on one or more of the college’s campuses, off‑site locations, or include evening and weekend programs, and may encompass Dual Credit courses. Online instruction is not allowed at this time.
• Perform supplemental duties as assigned and maintain all standards in accordance with college policies, procedures, and core values.
• All teaching activities are in‑person. Remote or telecommuting arrangements are not permitted except under specific statutory exceptions.
• Expect to perform duties on‑site at all times.

Typical duties include sedentary work involving sitting most of the time, occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds, standing and walking only occasionally, talking, hearing, seeing, grasping, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and reaching. The work environment is office‑type and free from significant environmental hazards.

• Associate degree or higher in any field.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
• Teaching experience is desired.
• Security Sensitive position; candidates will be subject to a criminal background check.

Part‑time adjunct faculty; compensation is per Adjunct Faculty and CE Instructor rates.
