Colorguard Director McKinney ISD

McKinney North High School is seeking a passionate and experienced Colorguard Director to lead a growing and highly competitive program within a strong, student-centered band culture. MNHS is a 5A campus located in McKinney, Texas, with a proud tradition of excellence across all disciplines in the program, The marching band has consistently performed at a high level, qualifying for the UIL State Marching Contest in 2022, returning in 2023, and earning a10th place finish at the 5A State Finals in 2024.

Our Qinterguard program is also competitive and was a2026 NTCA State Finalist, reflecting a commitment to performance excellence, strong design, and student development year-round. The position has competitive pay based on experience and offers health insurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong instructional skills, creative design vision, and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and the community.
