Assistant Director of Soccer Operations

Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete. The long-term impact will allow us to create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills and increase youth activity across the board.

Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and has been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.

• Arrange subs for shifts where staff cannot teach their scheduled day/time. Some days this includes doing it yourself.
• Interview, onboard and supervise training of coaches, whether that be delegation or doing it themselves.
• Conduct regularly scheduled training.
• Provide quarterly reviews for coaches.

You will be assigned schools each week to teach enrichment classes and will also visit, shadow, and observe at least two schools/instructors per week.

• Attend in-person marketing events at schools, parks, and local events as needed, often during afternoon and evening hours.
• Assist with classes as needed.
• Assist with posting pictures and videos via social media.

• Notify the Manager when items need replacement.

• At least two years of experience in a childcare organization or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Background working with schools and/or organizations pertaining to childcare.
• Must be willing to drive to locations within the territory as needed.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must pass state-required criminal background check.

Must have availability Monday‑Friday and some Saturdays as needed. Evening availability is required.
