The Learning Experience in McKinney, TX is looking for an energetic and passionate After school Teacher/Bus Driver to join our team! This unique dual role gives you the opportunity to make a lasting impact on children both in the classroom and on the road. • Supervise and engage students in structured after school programs and activities
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and enrichment activities
• Safely transport children to and from school and program locations following all traffic laws and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom and bus environment
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student progress and daily updates
• Monitor student behavior and enforce positive discipline strategies
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with safety regulations

Previous experience working with school-age children in an educational or childcare setting

• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for child development
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
