The Early Childhood Ministry Coordinator creates a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for young children, families, and volunteers. Supporting the Campus Children's Pastor and Hope Kids team, this role executes weekend programming, volunteer leadership development, family outreach, classroom operations, and special events. This position aims to foster spiritual growth while equipping teams to serve with excellence.

• Manage weekly onboarding process and prepare necessary training materials.
• Schedule Early Childhood volunteers on a monthly basis through the Church Database.
• Observe classrooms and coach weekend teams to maintain curriculum fidelity and consistency.
• Build authentic, supportive relationships across weekend volunteer teams through regular touchpoints, personal conversations, and intentional care.
• Design and execute meaningful volunteer appreciation initiatives, campus-wide recognition events, and personalized gestures-- such as birthday cards, thank-you notes, and seasonal gifts--to cultivate a strong sense of community, value, and belonging among ministry serving teams.

• Oversee weekend operational readiness, ensuring proper volunteer-to-child ratios across early childhood; maintain coverage for registration and service coordination teams.
• Direct classroom setup, monthly curriculum organization, supply stocking, and thematic hallway decorations.
• Ensure registration areas and learning environments remain organized, stocked, and fully hospitable for arriving families and children.
• Oversee and ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards across early childhood classrooms and shared spaces.
• Partner with the Campus Children's Pastor to plan and execute major campus annual events as well as church-wide children's events.

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences for first‑time and returning families by establishing clear follow‑up touchpoints.
• Actively build connections with parents to support spiritual growth in the home.
• Shepherd families through their engagement with the church.

• Office Time:
  Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Tuesday nights 5:30-8:30 pm
  - During Kids Groups sessions only
• Service Times:
• Sunday
  - All Services
• Minimum of 1 hour before service time until all closing responsibilities are completed after the last service
• Other Times
• Church-wide Events (times as needed)
• Campus Events (times as needed)
