Coordinate materials with Learning & Development and Safety teams
Facilitate onboarding sessions on culture, safety, and skills
Administer written and hands-on skills assessments
Skills & Leadership Training Deliver hands-on training modules across classifications
Facilitate basic skills training for new industry entrants
Coordinate/facilitate app- and software-based leadership training
Customize content for local needs; coordinate with external vendors as needed
General Workforce Development Promote company culture, values, and mission
Pursue grant, tuition reimbursement, and continuing education opportunities
Track and report training metrics; capture participant feedback via survey
Develop new training content and participate in peer content reviews
Recommend Linked In Learning paths; coach struggling employees
Connect field and office teams through joint training
May guide WFD Trainers and Associate Trainers Promote a positive community presence
What You'll Need Training experience preferred; understanding of electrical construction/contracting
Strong public speaking, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience developing/implementing training programs preferred
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience4–6 years of related experience
Union experience, Instructional Design certification, and presentation skills preferred
Travel:
Up to 30%
Working Conditions Primarily indoor office/jobsite environment; sitting, standing, walking, typing, bending
Low-to-medium noise (louder on jobsites); occasional lifting up to 30 lbsADA-compliant; reasonable accommodations considered
