We bring the strength of more than 100 years of experience and renowned engineering expertise to meet the needs of today’s mission and stay ahead of tomorrow’s threat. Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.

The Hardware Engineering Team provides engineering design and development services to a wide range of products within Raytheon. The Critical Item Production Readiness (CPR) department is dedicated to ensuring that every product we develop is designed with its entire production lifecycle in mind. By integrating principles of manufacturability, assembly, scalability, and cost management, we aim to achieve production excellence while meeting the highest standards of quality and reliability.

CPR is seeking a Product Development Engineer (PDE) to join our team. The PDE section is responsible for internal design activities, providing the expertise that optimizes electronic hardware designs for producibility.
