Position Overview
Location:
MCKINNEY, TX – 2501 W University Dr, WING Z BLDG (Position: Onsite). U.S. citizenship required for eligibility and for a U.S. government‑issued security clearance. A DoD Secret clearance is required prior to the start date.
- Lead test integration efforts for Near Field Probe Systems with a focus on meeting cost and schedule goals.
- Partner with other team leads, cost account managers, and team members.
- Communicate effectively with program leadership and customers as needed.
- Work through challenges quickly, elevate issues to technical SMEs when needed, and effectively lead the team to achieve success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including any combination of the following:
- Experience with RF test.
- Experience with test hardware and software integration.
- Experience leading a project team.
- Experience with collaboration and reporting to program leads.
- Active DoD Secret clearance with investigation within the last five years.
Salary range: 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD.
