Job Overview

Senior Electrical Engineer – Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL), supporting production in the Airborne RF Electronics Design (ARFED) Department, located in McKinney, Texas. Position type:
Onsite. U.S. citizenship and a current Secret-level DoD security clearance are required.

• Support production of product lines.
• troubleshoot hardware and process issues from circuit card assembly (CCA), module, and component levels, including analog, digital, RF, and power circuitry and interfaces.
• troubleshoot test sets down to component level, including analog, digital interfaces and software.
• work in a team environment to maintain production and sustainment timelines.
• analyze product test data to ensure specifications are met.
• read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings, including assembly drawings, parts lists, wire lists, and schematics.
• provide daily on-site support; remote work is not permitted.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with electronics and electrical circuits, and ability to isolate failures to root cause.
• Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency with lab equipment such as multimeters, signal sources, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
• Experience working on a production program.
• U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens qualify for a security clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret-level DoD security clearance.

• troubleshooting experience with digital, RF, or high‑voltage products.

• experience documenting test results and engineering recommendations clearly and concisely.

Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD, based on experience.
