Job Overview
RF Test Development Engineer II – Onsite, McKinney, Texas.
This role is 100% onsite and requires a U.S. citizen with a current DoD Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain one). The position works within the Test Solutions RF Engineering team to formulate test strategies and develop RF test solutions for integration, verification and validation on next‑generation test systems.
What You Will Do- Support the Lead Test Development Engineer(s) in design, integration, verification, and validation of production test solutions for RF modules, RF Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs), antenna subassemblies, power supplies, and computing subassemblies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deploy test solutions that meet technical and production test needs.
- Drive resolution of technical issues and support troubleshooting efforts to meet deployment deadlines and production milestones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM);
Electrical Engineering preferred. - Minimum two (2) years of related RF and microwave product experience, including hands‑on and/or academic work.
- Experience with RF testing and equipment.
- Application of statistics to data to formulate decisions on behalf of the team.
- U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance is required.
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- Experience bench‑testing RF/Microwave modules.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience authoring test results using Microsoft Office tools.
- Annual salary range: $68,900 – $131,100.
