Position
Principal Electrical Engineer – Array Electronics Unit/Digital Receiver‑Exciter (AEU/DREX) Lead, Multi‑Function Radio Frequency System (MFRFS) Engineering team, McKinney, TX, onsite role.

Security ClearanceU.S. citizen required. Must obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
What You Will Do- Interface between program engineering and program management teams to support test and design of the AEU/DREX.
- Communicate with the AEU/DREX team on technical issues and prioritize their resolution.
- Coordinate the status of technical issues with program technical leadership.
- Assist the AEU/DREX team with build, design, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Drive requirement or design updates from a program perspective to the AEU/DREX design team.
- Work with the factory build team to understand and optimize build processes.
- Support the sustainment team and assist SMEs in evaluating units returned from the field.
- STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in electrical hardware design and development.
- Experience designing, developing, and producing RF and/or digital modules for military systems.
- Technical leadership experience, leading resolution of complex challenges.
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field is preferred.
- Broad technical background and ability to lead complex technical projects while maintaining high performance in a dynamic team environment.
- Knowledge of microprocessor, memory, FPGA, and interface protocols.
- Experience with digital, analog, and RF testing, and debugging of components.
- Understanding of CCA design and manufacturing; experience with subcontract management.
- Experience in proposal writing, cost estimation, and EVMS/Control Account Management.
USD 107,500 – 204,500.
