Senior RF Test System Development Engineer - Onsite McKinney, TX

Position Overview

Senior RF Test Development Engineer – Onsite, McKinney, TX (US‑Citizen, U.S. Person or eligible immigration status required). The role requires a DoD Secret security clearance and is 100% onsite. The successful candidate will develop and maintain production test systems, evaluate yields, resolve production test issues, and provide training and guidance to operators.

• Support Lead Test Development Engineer(s) in design, integration, verification and validation of production test solutions for RF modules, RF Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs), antenna sub‑assemblies, power supplies and computing sub‑assemblies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deploy test solutions that meet technical and production test needs.
• Drive Test Development teams to resolve technical issues, support troubleshooting efforts, and meet deployment deadlines and production milestones.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM);
  Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of related experience with RF and microwave products.
• Experience with RF testing and equipment.
• Experience applying statistical analysis to data for decision-making.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills.
• Experience authoring test results using Microsoft Office tools.

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with bench testing of RF/Microwave modules.

$86,800 – $165,200 USD (based on experience, location and role responsibilities).
