• Follow established procedures and instructions while working closely with program and functional leadership to ensure that technical goals are met.
• Develop and implement technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems.
• Meet cost, schedule, quality, and performance requirements for work products.
• Lead a section of technical personnel, facilitating the career development of those in the section.

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience.
• Experience with mechanical design and integration of RF systems or subsystems.

• Expert or mastery level knowledge of work area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• Deep knowledge of project management and ability to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs, or systems.
