- Support the manufacturing test process across product life‑cycle phases.
- Interact daily with operations, quality, process/mechanical, and production control to address urgent test needs.
- Observe, analyze, and report test data; perform tests using engineering drawings, manuals, and related documentation.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair on Digital, Analog, and RF equipment.
- Disposition non‑conforming material through root cause analysis and corrective action investigations.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives, applying Core/Six Sigma principles to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk, and automate processes.
- B.S. or higher in a STEM field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience in RF test methods, troubleshooting, RF microwave product testing, engineering, and/or manufacturing.
- Active and existing security clearance (DoD Secret).
- Experience reading and interpreting drawings for measurements and troubleshooting electronic equipment.
- Proficiency in RF measurements such as S‑parameters, Noise Figure, Third‑order Intercept, Phase Error, Return Loss, Compression, Gain, Insertion Loss, VSWR.
- Knowledge of test equipment including Network Analyzers, DAQ, DC Power Supplies, Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, Power Meters, Digital Multimeters, Pulse Generators, Signal Generators, Attenuators, RF Amplifiers, Couplers, power dividers, RF Switches.

$86,800 – $165,200 USD (dependent on experience).
