Location: 2501 W University Dr, McKinney, TX, Wing Z Building
Position: RF Design Engineer II (Onsite)
Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship required. Secret level clearance required, active from day one.
What You Will Do- Design, develop, and sustain state‑of‑the‑art Transmit/Receive (T/R) microwave products (modules, TRIMMs, planar arrays, etc.).
- Implement best‑practice standards for planning, coordination, and execution of microwave design and test.
- Interface with factory, program, and customer personnel to implement design improvements.
- Support factory troubleshooting, analyze product defect trends, and implement process/product improvements aligned with factory and program production needs.
- This is a 1st shift, 100% onsite role based in McKinney, TX.
- Typical degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with transmit/receive functions covering large frequency range (MHz through Ka‑band).
- Experience with data analysis using MATLAB.
- MS in Electrical Engineering is a plus.
- RF/Microwave Design Verification Test (DVT) experience with network/spectrum analyzers and/or antenna measurement systems.
- Experience with Keysight ADS and Mentor Graphics Xpedition design software.
- Experience with PWB and CCA processes for hybrid designs incorporating digital, power, and RF circuitry.
- Experience with engineering RF requirements development and verification.
- Experience interfacing with technical engineers, production personnel, and presenting to upper‑level management.
- Relocation assistance based on eligibility.
- Competitive salary ranging from $86,800 to $165,200 USD, contingent on experience and qualifications.
