Program Chief Engineer – Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS)

• Lead the engineering execution of the entire program, overseeing all technical, schedule, and financial aspects.
• Establish and manage program vision, strategy, and goals to align with customer expectations and requirements.
• Ensure technical integrity and engineering execution across all IPTs, CPTs, and disciplines.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact with the customer and functional organizations.
• Direct management of lead engineers to ensure system design meets performance within cost and schedule constraints.
• Leverage product design engineering experience to establish a strong technical baseline with disciplined change management.
• Establish and guide the Digital Engineering / Model-Based strategy for the product/program.
• Lead cross‑disciplinary teams, including technical supplier management, business development, and program leadership.
• Travel as needed (approximately 10%) to support the program and customer.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience; typically a degree in STEM.
• Experience in airborne and electronic warfare systems design, use‑case development, operational analysis, integration/test or system qualification.
• Experience with RF arrays and as a Lead Design Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer, IPT Lead, or similar engineering lead role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance after start.
• U.S. citizenship required.

• Advanced degree in STEM.
• Factory establishment and production coordination across multiple facilities.
• Systems architecture experience.
• Capture effort coordination, proposal development, work breakdown structures, and cost estimation experience.
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership, engineering disciplines, and external customers.

Competitive salary range: $132,400 – $251,600 USD.
