Location & Clearance
McKinney, Texas (US-TX-MCKINNEY-513WD). U.S. citizenship required; active DoD Secret security clearance required on day 1.
What You Will DoResponsible for the design, development, and deployment of RF passive circuits (radiators, RF manifolds, RF transitions, etc.) and electromagnetic modeling. Participate in advancing the state of the art with regard to radiator design and EM design through continual innovation. Follow established procedures while working closely with program and functional leadership to ensure design objectives are met. Develop technical solutions to complex problems.
Travel may be required.
We require:
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Structured design processes, root‑cause problem solving, and on‑time task execution.
- Experience with Antenna Ranges, VNA, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters.
Preferred:
- Experience with Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS, Matlab, and AutoCAD.
- Ability to guide junior engineers.
- Managing conflicting or non‑existent requirements in a changing environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
Salary range: $86,800 - $165,200 USD. Relocation may be offered.
