Mechanical Engineer II, Airborne Sensor RF Design; Onsite

Position:
Entry‑Level Mechanical Engineer

Location: McKinney, TX (Onsite)

Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship required; must obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

• Collaborate in a multi‑discipline team setting to solve complex engineering problems.
• Create 3D CAD models and engineering drawings for RF product designs.
• Develop prototype hardware designs and coordinate fabrication.
• Perform hands‑on integration and test support for prototype hardware.
• Hold design and drawing reviews with peers and subject matter experts.

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent STEM discipline.
• Experience performing design and analysis for packaging of RF products (circuit card assemblies, antennas, radomes, RF test equipment, harnesses, and interconnects) throughout the product life cycle using 3D CAD software.
• Experience with creation of Technical Data Packages (TDPs) using geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) for products.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance (DoD Secret).
• U.S. citizenship required.

• Experience with 3D CAD design (preferably Creo Parametric).
• Experience in antenna and/or electronics packaging.
• Experience with harness and interconnect design.
• Experience creating engineering drawings.
• Experience fabricating prototype designs.
• Familiarity with the application of GD&T.
• Experience working collaboratively in a multi‑discipline team.
• Experience performing tolerance analysis.
