As an Electrical Engineer I, you will be responsible for supporting a development program within the Airborne RF Electronics Design Department. You will be working as a member of a team that is responsible for developing test sets to support a production program onsite under the guidance of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead in McKinney, Texas.

What You Will Do:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) (Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering)
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework or projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electronics.
• Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions.
• Experience with coding.
• Knowledge of Matlab, C#, C++, Python.
• Quick learner and motivated
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to leadership and colleagues.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. This role is a U.S.

-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
