RTX is seeking a Principal SMT Process Engineer for the Advanced Products Center in McKinney, TX. You will own end-to-end SMT process development, lead yield improvement, and work closely with design, product, quality, and reliability teams in a fast-paced cleanroom environment.
You will qualify new equipment, drive process improvements, and mentor junior engineers, spending most days in the cleanroom and collaborating with suppliers to meet production needs.
