Position: Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for EOIR Program (Onsite)

Raytheon EO/IR Solutions is seeking an engineering leader with a strong background in production and sustainment programs, specifically in Multi‑Spectral Target Systems (MTS). The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in hardware sustainment across multiple programs and demonstrate the ability to lead cross‑discipline engineering teams in a high‑tempo environment.

What You Will Do
  • Provide technical oversight and leadership for the assembly and testing of Raytheon‑built hardware across multiple programs.
  • Prioritize and coordinate sustaining engineering functions (Electrical, Mechanical, and Reliability Engineers) to meet daily operational and program needs.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to identify and implement improvements in cycle time, cost reduction, and product reliability.
  • Manage the training and onboarding programs for new engineers, fostering skill development and team integration.
  • Drive technical decision‑making processes, resolving conflicts within sustaining engineering teams or escalating to the appropriate authority when necessary.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for deliverable hardware issues, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Support proposal efforts through Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation.
  • Provide timely and accurate estimates at Completion.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience with MTS EO/IR systems in development, production, and/or sustainment environments.
  • Experience leading cross‑discipline teams and managing competing priorities across multiple programs.
  • The ability to obtain a Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) and in creating Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for proposals.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and tools to optimize production and sustainment operations.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing technical talent within engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change and adapt to evolving program and factory priorities.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively interface with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and team‑building skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
