Position Overview
Program Chief Engineer (PCE) for Electronic Warfare Systems / Advanced Systems product line.
Location:
McKinney, TX (Onsite).
- Serve as the single engineering leadership point of contact for engineering execution of the entire program.
- Establish and manage program vision, strategy, and goals aligned with customer expectations.
- Ensure technical integrity and execution across all IPTs, CPTs, and disciplines within the program.
- Act as the primary technical POC with customer senior technical counterparts.
- Manage all program engineering activities; direct lead engineers to ensure the system design meets performance, cost, and schedule constraints and that production efforts run as planned.
- Leverage product design engineering experience to establish a strong technical baseline with disciplined change management in a rapid development environment.
- Establish and guide the Digital Engineering / Model-Based strategy for the product/program.
- Lead a highly multidisciplinary team across design disciplines, technical supplier management, business development, and program leadership.
- Travel to support program/customer as needed (~10%).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience and a STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
- Experience in airborne and electronic warfare systems design, use‑case development, operational analysis, integration/test, and/or system qualification.
- Experience in RF arrays.
- Experience as Lead Design Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer, Integrated Product Team Lead, Cross Product Team Lead, or a similar engineering lead role.
- U.S. citizenship required; must obtain and maintain a Secret‑level U.S. government issued security clearance.
- Advanced STEM degree.
- Factory establishment and production experience; ability to coordinate activities across multiple facilities and locations.
- Systems architecture experience.
- Experience with capture effort coordination, proposal development, work‑breakdown structures, and cost estimation.
- Strong communication skills with senior leadership, engineering disciplines, and external customers/stakeholders.

$132,400 – $251,600 USD per year. Incentive compensation may also be offered based on level and agreement.
