Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate electrical systems into broader product designs. - Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in power systems during development, testing, and field implementation phases.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (Master’s degree is preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in R&D, regulatory compliance or design of low voltage and/or medium voltage power systems.
- Proven track record in designing and testing electrical components such as transformers, switch gear, or power distribution systems.
- Experience with power electronics, protection systems, and control systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability and knowledge of applicable standards and certification processes.
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
- Ability to interpret technical regulations and translate them into engineering requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
