We're looking for a Test Technician who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role supports production hardware, circuit card assemblies, and complex electrical systems used in mission-critical environments. In this role, you'll contribute across the engineering lifecycle-from design and development through integration, testing, production support, and sustainment.

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot production hardware and electrical system issues
• Use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, and power supplies
• Analyze failures and support root-cause corrective action
• Review schematics, PCB layouts, BoMs, and technical data packages
• Partner with engineering, operations, suppliers, and production teams

What We're Looking For:

• Relevant experience based on the role level
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across teams
• Ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced technical environment
