RTX's Advanced AMRAAM program seeks a Chief Engineer to lead multi-disciplinary engineering and product development onsite in McKinney, Texas. You will oversee TE, E2 TS, QTDD and DLE subassemblies, shaping system-level design for next-generation missile variants and coordinating a ~150-person team with a $250M five-year scope.
You will partner with site leaders to establish IPTs, set vision across programs, ensure technical integrity, and drive improvements.
