About the Role

Seasoned Principal Financial Analyst for the Electro‑Optical Infrared Solutions (EOIR) business within the Advanced Products & Solutions Business Unit  role supports the Yosemite and Teton EMD programs, with over $300M in existing awards and potential additional options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) for program execution, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for large‑scale, externally reported programs.
  • Prepare and deliver Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Reports (IPMDAR) and other IPMR/IPMDAR documentation.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, including Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
  • Develop, support, and review quarterly Estimates at Completion (EAC) presented at the APS business level.
  • Facilitate financial planning activities such as RPLAN updates and analyze program performance impacts on Bookings, Sales, Profit, and Cash (BSPC).
  • Lead Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs).
  • Develop and validate Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).
  • Serve as the financial point of contact for Program Management and collaborate with Control Account Managers, project schedulers, and functional leads to ensure data integrity.
  • Highlight insights from program data analysis, including trend analysis, using advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Support compliance reviews and periodic process audits, perform risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and impactful financial presentations for executive leadership.
  • Participate in EOIR initiatives to drive organizational results.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant financial and EVM experience, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
  • University degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Knowledge of Government EVM reporting & compliance.
  • Experience with EVM tools (PMX, SAP, PRISM, Program Metrics).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • U.S. citizenship required; the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance is required.
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent critical‑thinking, forecasting, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with SAP EV, MPM, PMX, PRISM MRP, AO.
  • Ability to influence without authority and work collaboratively across functions.
Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
