Financial Earned Value (EV) Analyst – AMRAAM D4/C9 EMD Contract
Location:
McKinney, Texas. Onsite. U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.
- Lead and coordinate a cross‑functional team for contractual EVMS submissions.
- Develop, present, and defend monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) and baseline estimates.
- Integrate regular scope expansion tasking into cost and schedule forecasts.
- Analyze EV metrics, including weekly/monthly costs incurred, and provide leading‑indicator guidance to program, business, and government stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively across all levels, fostering relationships that improve execution and implementation.
- Partner with program leadership and cross‑functional partners (PMO, supply chain, contracts, engineering, security, USG) to drive execution and influence change.
- Support financial forecasting for the portfolio and maintain financial lifecycle from proposal to close‑out.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
- Proven experience in EVMS, program controls, or integrated cost/schedule management.
- Experience with SAP APEX EVMS/PMX or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and professional skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Secret).
- Strong ability to work under pressure and influence without direct authority.
- Experience leading and mentoring peers and junior analysts.
- Experience supporting DoD development or production programs.
- Financial forecasting and risk/opportunity management experience.
- Experience with SAP PRISM MRP.
- Knowledge of cradle‑to‑grave financial lifecycle in defense contracting.
- Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 annually.
