Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I)

What You’ll Do
  • Structure and finalize finance and lease transactions
  • Present financing options and protection products with professionalism and transparency
  • Maximize finance and insurance income while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with lenders to secure approvals and competitive financing
  • Maintain complete compliance with all federal, state, manufacturer, and lender regulations
  • Ensure every deal is accurate, complete, and funded efficiently
  • Present service contracts, GAP, vehicle protection products, Credit Life, and Accident & Health products
  • Maintain expert knowledge of lender programs, leasing, balloon financing, and interest rate options
  • Support and coach the sales team on finance processes and customer experience
  • Deliver a seamless, world‑class delivery experience for every customer
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Minimum 3 years of successful automotive F&I management experience
  • Consistent history of strong production and product penetration
  • Excellent closing, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with Reynolds, Route One, Dealer track, and other dealership management systems preferred
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Customer‑first mindset with outstanding CSI performance
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
