Program Financial Analyst

Location: US-TX-MCKINNEY-513WA ~ 2501 W University Dr ~ WING A BLDG

• Lead and support the monthly financial planning, forecasting, and close process (RPLAN), ensuring completion of deliverables in accordance with established schedules and program requirements.
• Develop Quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), providing financial analysis and reporting to program leadership.
• Perform PRISM and material financial analysis, including MRP updates, grouping, pegging, distribution impacts, and end‑to‑end material cost analysis.
• Prepare and communicate financial forecasts, commitments, risks, opportunities, and program financial status to program teams and leadership.
• Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly cost, schedule, and variance analysis, identifying financial drivers and supporting corrective action planning.
• Prepare and maintain cost, schedule, funding, and financial reports using enterprise financial tools and standardized processes.
• Review and validate EAC inputs, executive presentations, proposal financial data, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with established financial processes.

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience partnering with cross‑functional organizations, including Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and other business functions.
• Experience analyzing financial and operational data to support portfolio performance, identify cost and schedule variances, and support financial planning activities.
• Experience managing multiple assignments and priorities in a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis), PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience preparing financial reports, analyses, and presentations for management.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for access to information supporting U.S. Government contracts and security clearance eligibility.

• Experience using SAP, APEX EV, Business Warehouse (BW), or comparable enterprise financial systems.
• Experience supporting Government Contracting (Gov Con) or Defense programs.
• Knowledge of government accounting requirements and Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) compliance.
• Experience preparing financial briefings, reports, and presentations for management and external stakeholders.

• The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD.
