Principal Cost Controls Analyst *HYBRID

What You Will Do

• Prepare weekly and monthly program reports
• Support internal Earned Value Management implementation and maintenance, including variance analysis and monthly EV deliverables
• Develop quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs)
• Support the monthly forecasting process, including stakeholder coordination and Rplan updates
• Provide support for internal program reviews, including chart development and presentation
• Handle CSDR reporting requirements (1921 deliverables)
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and decision support to program leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field and minimum 5 years professional finance/accounting experience; or an advanced degree with 3 years experience
• Experience supporting an Earned Value program or EV environment
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and/or variance analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, and/or Power Point
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contractual requirements

• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while multitasking
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to lead and participate in meetings
• Ability to meet critical deadlines and drive process improvements
• Experience with SAP APEX, PRISM, and BW
• Experience working in a DoD environment

Salary range: 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.

Hybrid role: employees will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Preferred candidates located within commutable distance to Tucson, AZ;
