Senior Financial Analyst - On-Site - Plano, TX

LHH is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a growing, well-established organization in the healthcare services industry. This role is ideal for an analytical finance professional with experience in FP&A, transaction services, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance who enjoys partnering with leadership to drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, advanced Excel expertise, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and management reporting.
• Perform variance analysis and deliver actionable financial insights to leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and compensation analysis.
• Build and enhance dashboards and reporting tools using Excel and Power BI.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and support strategic initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally on process improvements, planning, and special projects.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and executive-level reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, transaction services, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or a similar analytical finance environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Vena is a plus.
