This is a licensed (Series 65, Series 66, or Series
7) full‑time, on‑site Financial Advisor role based in McKinney, TX. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial goals, analyze their current financial situation, and develop personalized financial plans. Daily responsibilities include recommending investment strategies, assisting with retirement planning, and providing guidance on savings, risk management, and overall financial wellness. The role involves monitoring client portfolios, reviewing and adjusting plans as needed, and clearly explaining complex financial concepts in accessible terms.
The Financial Advisor will also maintain accurate records, adhere to regulatory requirements, and collaborate with internal team members to deliver consistent, high‑quality client service.
- Strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory, with the ability to create and present comprehensive, client‑focused plans.
- Series 65, Series 66, or Series 7 license.
- Solid knowledge of Finance and Investments, including portfolio construction, risk management, and market fundamentals.
- Experience with Retirement Planning, including strategies for income distribution, tax efficiency, and long‑term savings.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to earn client trust and explain complex topics clearly.
- Relevant education in finance, economics, business, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CFP® or similar) are highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical, compliant practice.
- Ability to work on‑site in McKinney, TX, collaborate with colleagues, and manage multiple client engagements effectively.
