Loan Insurance Escrow Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting management with workflow oversight, staffing, and training for the Loan Insurance Escrow team
• Guiding insurance, tax, and escrow specialists through their daily functions
• Ensuring all policies and procedures meet federal and state regulations and adhere to auditor guidelines
• Researching and resolving complex issues by navigating multiple systems and reviewing insurance and tax vendor records
• Coordinating release testing and relaying system updates to specialists

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Loan operations or equivalent role
• Must be knowledgeable in all loan servicing functions including consumer, commercial and mortgage loans
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulatory items is required
• Experience with FiServ systems software is preferred
• Proficient with Office products including Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.

Demonstrates expertise in loan servicing functions, including consumer, commercial, and mortgage loans, while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Proficient in managing workflows, staffing, and training within the Loan Insurance Escrow team.
