Position Objectives:

As the Lead Skincare Specialist at C3 Wellness – McKinney Stonebridge, you will be a key player in training, motivating, and supervising the spa team while ensuring top-tier service standards. You’ll collaborate closely with the spa management to help lead and manage the spa's daily operations. This position combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on skincare expertise. Your role includes assisting in the management of the team and directly performing high-quality spa treatments.

You will be instrumental in achieving set performance targets, both individually and for the entire team.

Qualifications:

• Experience in front-line guest service (hospitality, spa and retail preferred).
• Proven experience in supervising or training a spa/salon team.
• High school diploma or college degree.
• Professional trade licenses such as aesthetician, paramedical aesthetician, therapist, or cosmetologist with extensive experience and technical knowledge.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to master the spa’s software.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with follow-through on tasks and goals.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Passionate about the spa industry and delivering exceptional service.
• Elevated product and technical knowledge, including skin analysis and treatment application.
• Make referrals to other team members as needed for additional treatments or services.
• Skilled in time management and maintaining efficiency.
• Driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about fostering a positive work environment.
• Management experience is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
