As the Sales and Marketing Director for Assisted Living and Memory Care at The Ivy of McKinney, you will engage in a variety of daily activities that drive community growth and enhance resident experiences. Your day will start with strategic planning sessions, where you ll analyze market trends and develop targeted outreach strategies. Building relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential residents will be key, requiring regular networking and outreach efforts.

You ll lead on-site tours for prospective residents and their families, showcasing the unique offerings of our facility. Collaborating with the care team, you ll ensure that messaging accurately reflects our commitment to quality and compassion.

Additionally, you ll monitor and assess marketing campaign performance, adjusting tactics as needed for optimal results. Daily engagement with the community, staff training, and participation in events will round out your responsibilities, keeping you actively involved in the heart of our mission.

• A high school diploma is required, while a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree is preferred to enhance your understanding of effective marketing strategies.
• At least two years of successful experience in sales or marketing will equip you with the necessary insights to thrive in this role.
• Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities, including public speaking and interpersonal skills, are crucial for building rapport with residents, families, and community partners.
