We are seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to lead our growing multi-provider OB/GYN practice. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing operations, staff, financial performance, and patient experience, while partnering closely with our providers to ensure the practice runs efficiently and delivers on its mission.

The Practice Administrator is responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the practice
- Leading and managing administrative, clinical, and support staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance oversight
- Managing the practice’s financial health, including budgeting, payroll, and billing
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory standards
- Monitoring patient flow and satisfaction, implementing operational improvements to optimize care and experience
- Maintaining the physical environment and equipment, addressing facility needs promptly
- Supporting staff with workflow, process improvement, and operational problem-solving
- Oversee scheduling, front office, billing coordination, and clinical support workflows
- Oversee provider templates, appointment availability, and continuity of care are optimized
- Monitor and improve revenue cycle performance, including AR, billing, and payer follow-up
- Lead initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and retention
- Audit inventory and manage purchasing of supplies
- Provide leadership in staff development, training, and performance evaluation
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of senior practice management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex operations in a high-volume OB/GYN or specialty practice
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, revenue cycle, and operational workflows
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience in OB/GYN practice administration
- Multi-location management experience
- Exposure to EMR systems and operational reporting
- Strategic and operational leadership
