Position: Certified Surgical Technician (CST)- No Call/No Weekends

NO WEEKENDS! NO CALL! NO TRAUMA! ASC WORK ONLY!

Experience in vascular, orthopedic or spine surgery settings preferred.

What You Will Do...
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile fields for pain and spine procedures.
  • Assist the surgical team during operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain sterile techniques throughout the surgical process.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, RNs, and other team members to optimize patient care.
  • Participate in pre- and post-operative duties, including equipment checks and inventory management.
You’ll Know You’re a Good Fit for This Position If You Have...
  • Current CST certification and proven experience in the medical field, especially in pain management and spine procedures.
  • Orthopedic and/or vascular experience preferred.
  • A solid understanding of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to anticipate surgical team needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, precision-focused environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining a patient-first approach.
