- Base Salary Range: $65,000 – $100,000 (based on education, experience, location, effort and more)
- Productivity Model: 28-points weekly/56 ppp quota — exceed it and unlock generous bonuses

Your Key Responsibilities as a Physical Therapist Assistant- Performs services planned, delegated and supervised by the PT
- Uses effective interpersonal relations and communication skills to participate in teaching the patient and family
- Completes appropriate documentation in a timely manner
- Applies concepts of infection control and standard precautions in coordinating/performing patient care activities to prevent contamination and transmission of disease
- Accepts clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to care for patients
- Meets mandatory continuing education requirements; participates in in service programs
- Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency
- Proficient and comfortable using technology to communicate and perform essential job functions.
- Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy - Licensure:
Current Texas State License to practice as a physical therapist assistant - Experience:
Prior experience as a PTA a plus but new grads welcome! - Skills:
Solid therapy practice standards, great interpersonal skills, current BLS CPR (healthcare provider), DME knowledge - Transportation:
Reliable vehicle with current auto liability insurance - Experience:
Home health preferred; EMR Home Care Home Base a plus
