• Base Salary Range: $65,000 – $100,000 (based on education, experience, location, effort and more)
• Productivity Model: 28-points weekly/56 ppp quota — exceed it and unlock generous bonuses

• Performs services planned, delegated and supervised by the PT
• Uses effective interpersonal relations and communication skills to participate in teaching the patient and family
• Completes appropriate documentation in a timely manner
• Applies concepts of infection control and standard precautions in coordinating/performing patient care activities to prevent contamination and transmission of disease
• Accepts clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to care for patients
• Meets mandatory continuing education requirements; participates in in service programs
• Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency
• Proficient and comfortable using technology to communicate and perform essential job functions.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensure:
  Current Texas State License to practice as a physical therapist assistant
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience as a PTA a plus but new grads welcome!
• Skills:
  
  Solid therapy practice standards, great interpersonal skills, current BLS CPR (healthcare provider), DME knowledge
• Transportation:
  Reliable vehicle with current auto liability insurance
• Experience:
  
  Home health preferred; EMR Home Care Home Base a plus
