What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact by:

Conducting behavioral assessments and analyzing clinical data

Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans

Monitoring client progress and making data-driven treatment adjustments

Training and supporting caregivers, families, and staff

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals

Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

Staying current with ABA best practices and ethical standards

What We're Looking For

Current BCBA certification required

Experience in ABA, special education, or a related field preferred

Strong clinical, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices

Passion for helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes
