This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization.
On-site role.
Location: McKinney, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Times: 7:50 AM – 5:00 PM
Interview: In-person
Pay: $12–$13/hr (W2)
Key Responsibilities- Answer and manage high-volume incoming patient calls professionally and courteously.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments as needed.
- Provide accurate information regarding office procedures, services, and patient inquiries.
- Document patient interactions and update records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Assist with patient registration and administrative support tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with providers, clinical staff, and team members.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for patients and visitors.
- Participate in shared office responsibilities, including lobby cleanliness and organization (team rotation).
- Perform additional front‑office duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of solid customer service experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous healthcare or medical office experience.
- Experience working with EMR systems, preferably eClinical
Works (eCW). - Bilingual in Spanish.
