Frontline Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician

Job Overview: ABA provider for individuals with Autism;
Responsible for direct 1:1 therapy, Treatment Integrity, and support.

Wage Information:
Starting at $17.00 per hour for non-certified staff. Increased rates for individuals who have already obtained their RBT certification, based on experience. Additional consideration given for individuals with a degree in a related field or paraprofessional experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct 1:1 therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques and principles
  • Uphold BACB ethical guidelines by providing first-rate services while establishing and practicing professional boundaries
  • Implement and maintain knowledge of programs, procedures, and Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Meticulously collect and graph data based on treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Safeguard PHI by abiding by HIPAA/FERPA/DFPS protocols and maintaining confidentiality
  • Teach and facilitate essential skills such as: functional communication, social skills, adaptive skills, and more
  • Report and document program progress
  • Cultivate and preserve culture and morale by engaging in collaborative activities with leadership and team-members alike
Physical demands of clinical staff fall within a Medium Classification. This includes: exerting 20-50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 lbs. of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work according to the Dictionary of Occupational Titles.

  • Use fine motor skills and dexterity in both hands, grasping, and holding
About You:
  • At least 18 years of age with a HS Diploma or equivalent
