Role Overview and Work ScheduleAs a Mammography Technologist, you will operate x-ray equipment and perform a variety of mammography-related diagnostic procedures. Maintaining a high degree of accuracy in positioning and exposure technique is essential to the role.
Work Location: 4610 W University Dr, Suite 150, McKinney, TX 75071
Work Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm, with occasional Saturday coverage required.

Your daily routine centers on promoting the "Solis Way" while keeping a patient-first focus in every interaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Practicing excellent mammography positioning and exposure technique consistently
- Communicating procedures clearly to patients and educating women about the role of regular mammography in preventative breast health
- Collaborating effectively with doctors, patients, and fellow employees on an individual and small-group basis
- Applying common-sense understanding to carry out detailed, sometimes complicated written or oral instructions
- Maintaining outstanding customer service skills and a patient-first focus at all times
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned
- State Licensure: A valid Texas Medical Board License (TMB) is required.
- Certification: Current ARRT in Mammography certification, or eligibility to take the advanced level exam with documented clinical experience.

Education:
Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology. - Ongoing Compliance: MQSA/FDA continuing education standards — 15 CEUs every three years and 200 documented case numbers every two years.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies.

Qualified technologists with ARRT (M) certification may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500, depending on experience and qualifications. Relocation assistance is also available for qualified candidates.
