Job Description

Position Objectives:

As a Guest Relations Concierge at C3 Wellness – McKinney Stonebridge, your goal will be to deliver precision and excellence in all aspects of guest service. From managing calls and check‑ins to overseeing smooth transitions throughout guests’ spa visits, you will ensure every experience exceeds expectations. You’ll provide a personalized service, cultivating a memorable spa experience that encourages repeat visits and high guest retention.

You will also maintain the reception area and spa boutique, ensuring a beautiful, welcoming environment that ensures the ultimate journey to wellness. Additionally, you’ll work to meet and surpass department and individual revenue goals through cross‑sales and up‑sales.

Qualifications:

• Experience in front‑line guest service (hospitality, spa and retail experience preferred).
• High school diploma or college degree.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn spa software quickly.
• Excellent sales abilities with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and Saturdays.
• Professional appearance with a warm, gracious, and personable demeanor.
• Knowledge of or experience with the services offered at C3 Wellness.
• Make referrals to other team members as needed for additional treatments or services.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi‑task, adapt, and think on your feet in a fast‑paced environment.
