This position serves as a trusted business partner to leadership while supporting all areas of Human Resources.

What You'll Do Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
  • Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish.
  • Coordinate pre-employment screenings and onboarding.
  • Lead engaging New Hire Orientation sessions.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations.
  • Coach supervisors on performance management, attendance, policy administration, and corrective action.
  • Assist with conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
HRIS & Paylocity Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records in Paylocity.
  • Process new hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and terminations.
  • Manage onboarding workflows and electronic personnel files.
  • Support payroll processing by auditing employee information and resolving discrepancies.
  • Generate HR reports, turnover metrics, and workforce analytics.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy and confidentiality.
Compliance
  • Administer I-9s and employment documentation.
  • Assist with FMLA, ADA accommodations, Workers’ Compensation, unemployment claims, and leave administration.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Support OSHA reporting, safety initiatives, and HR compliance audits.
Benefits & Employee Engagement
  • Assist with benefit enrollment and employee questions.
  • Coordinate employee appreciation and engagement programs.
  • Support performance management and training initiatives.
  • Help foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications Required
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent HR experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing or production environment strongly preferred.
  • Experience using Paylocity HRIS is required.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience supporting multi-shift manufacturing operations.
  • Experience with employee investigations, recruiting, payroll support, and benefits administration.
