Raytheon is seeking a full-time Senior RF Support Technician located onsite in McKinney, TX, supporting Surveillance & Tactical Radar Solutions (STaRS) Test Automation. The Test Automation Department (TAD) designs and develops test equipment, hardware and software for a wide range of products and customers. The STaRS Test Automation section within TAD is a growing team that provides on-time on-cost solutions to support customers seeking innovative and economical solutions.
The section also supports change incorporation and obsolescence redesign efforts of various legacy systems in direct support of production capabilities.
This position is 100% ONSITE in McKinney, TX.

Troubleshoot issues and challenges
Track asset calibration
Qualifications You Must Have- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of eight (8) years experience in an electronic test environment
- Experience building test consoles, test adapters, and/or test cables
- Experience with the development of test procedures
- Experience with troubleshooting RF equipment, circuit boards, cables, etc.
- Experience using Microsoft products and proficient computer skills
- Experience assisting test engineers solve complex technical issues
- Experience learning new test equipment with minimum engineering oversight
- Experience working independently with a drive toward goals
- Experience working well in a teaming environment
- Experience using discipline, order, and attention to detail
