- Support firmware development and integration for Electronic Systems (ES) and Electronic Assemblies (EA) performance.
- Lead government Electronic Warfare performance testing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all firmware development and debugging activities for Electronic Assemblies (EA).
- Determine what the requirements should be for a product or system based on information from the customer and provide traceability for these requirements.
- Capture requirements in specific documents such as specifications and interface control documents.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Electronic Warfare, Radar systems design, and Requirements engineering.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance with investigation within five years.
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture, SysML, digital thread concepts, MBSE with Dev Sec Ops ).
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and data for reports and presentations.
- Experience with Modeling and Simulation, agile Dev Sec Ops delivery pipelines, software development principles, digital thread concepts and realization in the development lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Matlab/Simulink, DOORS, DNG, Cameo, Jira, and Confluence.
- Earned Value Management / Cost Account Management experience.

Salary range: 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD (good faith estimate).
